Marriott Meadows is an easy hike into high alpine countrr from the Duffey Lake road. With only 7 km to cover and 300 metres of elevation to gain, the only drag is the 3 hour drive from Vancouver. We did it in the late fall, and were treated to the a full gamut of yellows and oranges; a snow dusting on the ground reminded us that winter was around the corner.
