Lindeman lake is the smallest of the four lakes in Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park, which lies just over two hours east of Vancouver. The amazingly beautiful Lindeman Lake is just 1.7 km from the road access, making it very good value for effort. Our purpose was to continue to Greendrop Lake, some 3.5 km further away, but the trail was completely flooded just north of Lindeman Lake - maybe going in the runoff season did not help. To make up for it, we walked a bit around the northern end of the much larger Chilliwack Lake, from which the park takes its name.
